Future Hotel - Resort project a few meters from Mr. Pete'r Pool.
The architectural design style is inspired by the famous Siuiza Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts🗺️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌍 restaurant chain.

7600 M2 of construction and will be projected as the only Hotel/Resort with renewable energy in the area. Its construction materials are part of natural aggregates and have a great durability for projects in coastal areas with treatments anticorrosivos⛰️🛖🏜️.

Some of the technologies implemented for the energy efficiency of the Hotel, will allow to achieve a balance of temperature and durability in the spaces.

*Technology for the efficiency of seawater used as general supply in the building, through electrodialysis and purification systems in the injection pipes.
Greywater and rainwater are separated to a biodigester tank in the basement for reuse in irrigation of gardens and toilets🪨🪸🌿🍄.

*Solar panels and photovoltaic cells connected in series in the same way as other conventional electrical inputs; with the help of power inverters, direct current is converted to alternating current and recharged from the external grid to significantly reduce direct electricity consumption in the building🔌💡.
*Thermochromic smart glass to ensure savings in interior lighting thanks to its fast opacity response to electric shocks and sun rays, its thickness controls the privacy of spaces and maintains direct natural lighting without the need for cortinasⓂ️🌀🪟🖼️.

*Geothermal system for outdoor lighting used in the summer season, maintains an alternating current flow with litio🛡️🧲 batteries.

*Vertical walls in the garden to increase thermal insulation, dampen cold and heat and reduce ambient temperature. At the same time, they increase acoustic insulation for greater quietness in the estancias☘️🌱.

*Extensive green roofs as thermal insulation on top of the building, which serve to dampen the greenhouse effect and reduce the amount of direct heat on the surface.
