Farm Country Style

The Farm Country Classic Style Resort.

Designed for the Republic of Malta, a central Mediterranean archipelago located between Sicily and the coast of North Africa. But specifically in Mtarfa, one of the sixty-eight local councils that make up the current territorial organization of the Republic of Malta.

On a large plot of land with approximately 2 Hectares different buildings are proposed for the organization of special events, tours, camps, weddings, hikes or even just spend the weekend surrounded by greenery and colorful flowers in a classic Country style setting.

- The main building is a barn designed for the most important events and parties with a capacity of 320 people inside and outside and a variety of options to decorate the way the guests feel most comfortable.
The building has heating and tinted windows in case of any variation in the weather, Malta despite being an island, from time to time there is variation in climate change.

- Next to the parking lot we find the main kitchen, whose size is 250 m2 and has a comfortable area for all employees.

- The glass house is perhaps the most emblematic building of the place, a much more private space for intimate and small meetings, the essence of this building is to make people feel inside a secluded landscape where only the vegetation is essential.
In addition, it has an outdoor table area to maintain the natural feel of its surroundings, with capacity for 280 people.

- In the center of these buildings we find a beautiful and spacious barn, where exhibitions, horseback riding and other events that have to do with life on the farm will take place, but at the same time, it works as a tourist attraction for all the residents who will live there.
Another aspect about the barn is that it serves an important function for the maintenance and care of the landscaping, as it covers a large warehouse for materials and machines.

- 1 hectare of land, which covers half of the entire project, is destined for the location of cabins in the shape of barrels, inspired by Los Matices del Hotel Barricas, La Cofradia - Tequila, Mexico.
48 modules of 15 m2 surrounded by trees and flowers, each group of cabins has a heated jacuzzi of 6 m2.

- In the outdoor areas that make up this group of cabins, we find a diversity of flora and fauna along with pergola paths, gazebos, picnic areas, water mirrors and many places to sit and appreciate the environment.

-Finally, we can appreciate a small glass house with only 25 m2 for those who wish an intimate encounter with a couple or a group of friends of no more than 6 people surrounded by nature at 360°.
These spaces and areas are controlled by an administrative building that is responsible for the rental and reception of tourists.
