Sturdy and Secure Ground Floor: Large vehicle gate made of gray corrugated sheets with integrated black frames, ensuring maximum privacy. It features a separate pedestrian entrance and gold-colored accents to break up the metallic sobriety ⛏️🛠️.

Open and Bright Upper Level: Upper level designed to capture natural light through large sliding windows with dark frames. It includes a front balcony with a smoked tempered glass railing, ideal for connecting the interior with the urban surroundings.
