We have had the wonderful opportunity and unique experience of projecting the future renovation for the house (The Old Sawmills🏠). A beautiful English property Opened in early 1974 as one of the first residential recording studios in the UK, where it was once the production and editing dream of famous bands such as Stone Roses, Oasis, The Verve, Supergrass and Muse🎥📀📼🎙️📻.
Entrance to the house is through a spacious conservatory with slate floor and wonderful views of the water and bosque🏕️🏔️🏞️.

Only accessible by boat or on foot🛶🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️, the property offers an unparalleled level of privacy and seclusion, surrounded by its own enchanting forest.

The new design proposal extends 2 areas encompassing on the ground floor, meeting room, kitchen/cafeteria, heated swimming pool and the new reception.🛎️🪩📇

The first floor offers rooms of different sizes and styles, such as Suites with terrace, Jacuzzi, singles and doubles.🛏️🛋️🖼️

Larch and Cedar wood🛖🪵 was used for the exterior cladding, lattices, acoustic insulation and exterior flooring for its high resistance to weathering and of course the contrast of earth colors close to nature🎋🌳🦜🕊️🍁🌾🪨
