Architectural Proposal for a Tourist Resort 2020/2023 with 19 cabins of 18m2, Restaurant, bar area, dance floor, event room and outdoor spaces to share with family and friends. Located in DUAZON, a part of coastal Africa dedicated to tourism and surrounded by beautiful beaches and lots of artisan activity, dances, events and parties.
The project will be presented on November 20 this year to Cyril Ramaphosa, a South African businessman, activist and union leader who is serving as President of South Africa. Construction is planned to begin in early 2021, and will last for 3 years.
All the buildings will be built with materials from the area where wood will be the main material in every detail, both interior and exterior.

-Jaivy Guerrero: Architect in charge of the conceptualization and total design of the proposal, building functionality, required areas, structural system, list of materials, mechanical installations, ventilation, interior design, architectural drawing and 3D modeling.
-Skarik Raok: Architect in charge of the calculation for wastewater and drainage systems.
-Johari Elmet: Architect in charge of the electrical system.
